1. Prioritise: the niche segment of your audience who are your lowest hanging fruit. The better you know them, the more successful your outreach will be
2. Benefit: "You, you, you not me, me, me." - always talk about them not your business, and ensure you understand what benefits your product/service brings to them
3. Delivery: know the tools you going to use, the tactics you have in place, and the roll-out sequence
