The interview process can be a  daunting one -  but it doesn’t always have to be.

How prepared you are is a key deciding factor on your interview experience. While it's hard to have a standard prep process as every business's priorities will differ, you do typically tend to come across recurring topics in the interview process.

With this in mind,  we’ve put together a crib sheet of questions for any candidate looking to nail their interview - you’re welcome!

These are typical questions the interviewers ask to help you understand the candidate in front of them in order to better understand:

✅Whether they will fit their team

✅Whether they align with their company’s values and vision

✅If they have the skillset we need to add value

✅If they’re truly interested in joining us?

Here are some examples

  1. Tell me about yourself?some text

    • Company values? Vision? Events? Clients?
  3. Make marketing trends or campaigns have you liked?some text
    • What brands do you follow?
    • How would you measure their success?
    • How do you stay updated with market trends and techniques?

NB: When you’ve made your way through the tough bit, any good interviewer will typically ask to hear from you. This is your cue to get a good scope of the business, but also your role specifically. This Is key in getting a feel of the company itself, but also what your role and responsibilities will play a part.

  • How do you measure success in this role?
  • What are the growth plans for this team? And for you!

Remember, this process is as much about finding the right talent for the company as it is about finding the right company for you, so be confident, breathe, and best of luck!
